Well where do I start from! Aside from being involved in a full time day job which involves me dressing up with a wig and gown I started my baking journey over 10 years ago.
I am a night baker as you may have guessed.
This journey would not have been possible without the support of my friends, family and supporters and I thank every single one of you who has trusted my tastebuds and creativity over the years.
I hope to continue this journey for the foreseeable future and have many great things planned for all of you.
